Do you provide alcohol?
In Ontario, regulations governing alcohol sales prohibit alcohol sales from mobile vehicles. If you're hosting an event, you must purchase the alcohol and obtain a Special Events/Occasion Permit to ensure legal dispensation of alcoholic beverages. Nonetheless, we can facilitate the process by assisting you in obtaining the proper permitting and ensuring you purchase the right amount of alcohol!
What is a Special Occasions Permit?
A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) enables the sale and provision of alcohol during special events, including cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public gatherings. An SOP is necessary whenever alcohol is served outside of licensed premises or a private home.
How much alcohol do we need to purchase?
After gathering more details about your event, we'll provide you with a tailored shopping list based on the number of guests and anticipated consumption.
What is your booking process?
In order to secure our services, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We will also provide you with a formal contract to sign. If your event is taking place within 30 days of booking, the full payment is due upon booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-transfer. Note that a 4% surcharge applies to any credit card payments.
Do you provide specialty glassware?
Because our trailer has limited space, we cannot provide various types of glassware for an entire evening of bar service. Nevertheless, we can offer specialty glassware for a designated signature cocktail based on the number of guests. For other services, we utilize premium recyclable plastic glassware.
